I found this one in a flea market ( it's amazing what we can find in flea markets ! ) it's a flange sign double sided in porcelain

I have the exact same sign, although mine is in deplorable condition; bent and rusted with some of the porcelain chipped off. But that is no doubt due to where I found it. It was buried in a dirt pile in the very small town of Yarnell, Arizona. No telling how long it had been there.

Thanks for the story, I always like stories like that, things burried and discovered to be saved, sadly I live in a city so I have to buy all items from my collection, it's impossible for me to find something great burried in the ground

Sometimes, to me, the story of how I came to find something is the best part. For instance, I found a small wooden packing crate from the Timken Roller Bearing Company out of Colorado Springs that my research dated to 1948. Found it at an abandoned silver mine up in the Colorado mountains between Rico and Ophir during a hunting trip in 1974. Timken made roller bearings for heavy equipment. The adventure of the "find" was the most fun for me.
