I have a special 4 colored mechanical pencil I cant seem to identify. In fairly decent shape With 4 color samples around the top just below the top piece that unscrews and reveals the different colored lead beneath. the body of the metal pencil has 8 sides .Within each of these side is a design of about 10 lines in a wave design ,like water waves. A metal ring which pushes the pencil tip into place or can retract it into hiding. Would like to know the name of maker and apox. age of this vintage pencil.Any Info would be greatly appreciated,thank you.....
