I recently picked this up at a yard sale for 40.00, I was hoping I did well. The leather case is stamped 1935 patented as well as a ruler that pulls out from knife blade. Really nice shape and sharp. Any info will help thanks.

Yep I will add it as soon as I can detach knife without damaging it.
So the 4th PICTURE shows the Case marking on the Tang of the knife. These are pretty collectable pieces from what I was able to find at AAPK.COM. The example I have is the combo with a Walnut handle.
If you could see the knife on the other side there is a little lock mech you just pull up and that brings out the ruler part and when fully extended it than makes room for the blade to be removed....its pretty cool.
Thats a nice set and thanks for all youre knowledge.
