Found these two pieces a little while ago while going through some boxes I had stored from an estate. They were both in the same box, the rest of the contents were letters and postcards from the '30's. The tub is stamped steel, the doll is articulated ,and maybe plastic or bakelite.
Not sure of the country of origin or the maker, no visible markings.

I doubt they came together but look nice . The doll like yours were commonly made in Japan the Tub would be USA or Europe . Very Nice !
