Manikin
(306 items)

This is a 1940's to 50's miniature mannequin used as a bride to make a display for Diamond rings . It would have been on store counter and name of keepsake is likely the store name or a hint . She would attract a buyer more than just a plain case on counter . 18 Inches tall . There is no category for her she is not a doll .

O.M.G. is that a bride comin out the bottom of a steam iron? Soooo politicaly incorrect. Where is Gloria Allfred? Love your stuff Manikin, keep it comin. You have turned us all on to a category we never knew existed.

Yes rocker she has head coming out of a iron LOL I guess back then you got a wife to cook ,clean and iron . Boy don't try that today :-) I am glad you have enjoyed my girls (mannequins) I love them and I love the 40's look about them too .

You seem to have the same conundrum as I do most often, there is never a category for what you want to post. I have that problem every day I post something,
thinking, " oh dread, they never have my category anyway, and then they always put you in some other category, something about a good fit, love to pull their pants down on that one !~

So glad I am not only one Phildavid with that problem . I don't ever have anything that fits into a category I get moved a lot too . Guess this one will put put into dolls again like others but it is NOT a doll .
Your redo of me and truck is a hit your work just made that photo come to life I love it ! I might go give it a I love myself :-)
Thanks for the love on Advertising piece :-)

I posted once before that they keep this category thing so screwed up on purpose. You know job security for the guy that gets to e-mail you that your item has been recategorized. Considering the basis of collectors weekly is to follow e-bay sales by category, why don't they just copy ebays categories. I never have a problem when posting on ebay finding a category, but we all do here. Whoops got caried away again.
