This was taken in late 40's of navy men . my dad 3rd from left with all the curly hair . As I look through his military photo's I see him having lots of fun and wonder when they ever got any work done . This was sent home to his Mother my Grandma I guess to scare her :-) of coarse it is posed setting he is not really in jail but they way this group acted I bet they did spend time in trouble .Funny he worked on aircraft at Convair for many many yrs then a missle site in TX and then into a secret occupation making things for Government . he never told what he was making he keep that secret all his life . Thank You PhilDavid ! You made it so much nicer ! A treasure I will keep close to me :-) Thank you

OH dear me I just saw the back wall ! Boy would my Dad catch it if that wall had showed up so clear back then . he is gone now so I am now wondering where they are with the photography on wall behind the guys .!
Thank you PhilDavid you made a great shot 100% better ! Thank you so much !!!!!!!!!!!
Your Dad looks so young!
He was young walksoft I think 17 when he went in. I was lucky yo inherit than gene but he had some bad ones that caused his death so young . I love to see him happy in here as his last yrs were pretty hard for him .
Thank you Timbaran,PhilDavid, walksoft, packrat,Scott and kerry !
I think any of these guys could have stepped sideways thru the width of these bars. I think the only thing holding em in was the collection of pin-ups on the wall.
LOL I agree rocker ! and my dad was actually a very modest man I am shocked :-) as well as shocked when I put this ip on CW and realized the photo's which I had never noticed before in all these yrs .
