Just wondered what the value of these jars are. No cracks, no chips around top. Probably from the 1950's or early 60's. From my parents grocery store.

The knife rests were given to my Mother by a "French War Bride" in the 50's. Never paid any attention to them until recently but I really can not find anything online to match them. You can see the Christofle on the bar with a magnifying glass and the other mark looks almost like a set of balance scales.

Just wondered if you had any information on these items. Found this site surfing for the Tom's jar.

    Thanks for any information.

There were some of the peanut jars on American Picker's and they said they could get around $50 each.

I don't know about the Tom's jar but while I was researching values for my Lance jar, I came across alot like yours and $50 would be pretty fair, even more if you could find a minty top for it. Nice jar by the way!!!

Does anyone have any clues about the knife rests? So curious to find out something about them.
