    So I'm calling this a drinking glass, but what do I know. It's about 4" H. with a smooth rim. To me it looks like a dirty glass, but it's the design.

      Check out this ebay link: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VINTAGE-VASE-SIGNED-R-COLEMAN-GLASS-ART-NOUVEAU-STYLE-/130538510320?pt=UK_Art_Glass&hash=item1e64b397f0 Looks like the same vase. Seller calls it R. Coleman. There is a sticker on it that says it is dishwasher safe and handblown by R. Coleman. If it is dishwasher safe I don't know why the seller calls it vintage.
