Don't know the age but the plastic bottle is dated 1939. The material has like a rubber consistency to it and seems to laminated or coated on both sides with a hard middle. Bottle is screwed on thru the back. I found it at a garage sale more than 30 years ago. The hanger on the back is in the center and extends at a angle towards the top and away from the sign about 4 inches. looks like it was designed to hang in a corner. TAL
