This beautiful dyed mother-of-pearl brooch/pendant was made in Germany and is signed, "Marena hand Made in Germany." Marena jewelry creations are 18k gold plated combining genuine materials such as semi-precious stones, mother-of-pearl and other rare shells with Austrian crystals. Each one is created by hand, most are one-of-a-kind.

I just bought a Marene brooch at a thrift store for $25. I had no idea what I'd purchased until this evening. I'm having trouble finding more info on this jewelry and the designer/maker. Any pointers etc are much appreciated. thanx.
