Is Charlie McCarthy related to the monopoly millionaire? That is who I thought this was at first...And I wonder why monocles ever went out of fashion...What kind of pin is this for? I don't understand the two prongs. Last year I found this in a box of letters in the attic and shoved him in my pocket and forgot all about him till now.
