I believe that my Dad got this on his return trip from WW2. I know nothing else about it, except it is marked, Capital, Washington DC.

In Aug 28, 1928 Capital Airline was the first airline to serve Washington DC from the west. In 1968 I flew on Capital Airlines DC 8 from Los Angeles to England.
