Antique Eames style children’s swivel chair, blue plastic. I am certain this is a unique, rare item and that mostly all of these have found their way to the garbage dump or are broken. I cannot find anything like this item anywhere. It could very well be one of the last few in existence. Please call or text Lynne at 413-214-3615 if anyone can identify this item & tell me more about it?

Not Eames style, not antique....Honestly, it doesn't look rare or unique to me. It's possible that it's from 1972, but unless there are some identifiable manufacturer marks or dates that tell a better story, it just looks like an ordinary plastic child's chair.
Here are some photos of actual Eames child's chairs: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&client=safari&gl=us&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=43IUT8TuKLGGiQK_vq3jDQ&ved=0CDAQBSgA&q=eames+child%27s+chair&spell=1&biw=480&bih=268#p=0
