I am guessing it is an original Artist Bear made by the artist that made it . My friend makes bears and they are wonderful . The detail is amazing on his some are only 1 1/2 inches big . Your bear is not an antique but he is precious . I can't see initials well enough on foot to see what they are . I know this is not a lot of help but a starting point maybe ?
