As a collector of private long service awards I was delighted to find this in a shop selling the unsold remains of estate sales. As far as I know the only way to become a Lions Club life member is to be awarded the life membership by a local club. Life memberships can not be purchased as such. The honored member gets an aluminum card like the one illustrated here plus a certificate. If there are any Lions reading this please feel free to make any needed additions or corrections.
