Chicago & North Western Railroad smoking/drink stand. This is a standing ashtray with drink holders on top. The base is heavy cast iron with stainless steel drink rings at the top. Most railroads with passenger train service used them and they were marked with the railroad or "PULLMAN" on the base. They were used on passenger trains inside lounge and observation cars.
