I realize this isn't sterling silver, but I figured this is where I'd find the silver experts, and I couldn't find a better category.
The cup weighs approx. 5.3 oz. and is only marked with the number 13.
Could this be a "loth" number? Could it be made of "coin silver?"
NOTE: View the zoomed image of the 13. It was made with several strikes.
Also note the difference in the 2 handles. They were certainly not machine made.
Any information at all would be greatly appreciated.
