This is actually his sixth album and is considered to be one of Ringo's worst albums, I just cannot see him doing DISCO. However, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
The Vinny could be Vini Poncia, he did background vocals and co-wrote several songs on that lp.
Anyway, the signature isn't authentic. My copy has the same writing on it.
