This a car that i have no idea. I believe everything is intake. it has a wood piece that i winded the string inside the car so it wont get tangle.

I think you've got yourself a Cox Thimble Drome tethered race car. It's probably from the 50's and the string was what you held onto while it ran in circles. There are a number of these posted on Ebay that you can take a look at
Here's a link to one on Antique Toy World that looks very similar, but in yellow with a different number and you can see the engine in the drivers seat.
