Dated Sep "87 on the factory ballast....The cords have never been unwrapped. The back and inside are dusty so maybe I'll Swiffer it gently. I plugged it in for about 5 minutes to see if it worked and, as you can see....it works like a brand new one and should last for years. The box is okay but not great and I don't know if that's a factor in pricing for this lind of item.....What do you think! about my new piece of fine art?
