I do not know if it has a different name to it.
I really do not know the year either.I like it because
is unique and so different.

looks like imperial stretch glass very nice..
This is called "Stretch Glass" and was made by various factories in the 'teens to 1920s such as Fenton, Northwood, and Dugan.
That should read Diamond. Dugan was the predecessor of Diamond Glass-Ware Company. Diamond was formed in 1916.
