Looking for any tips/advise on description of item. Told it was from late 1800's to early 1900's Italy but after reading some letters of travel could be Austria. There are no makers marks. Hand-painted raised detail with gold plating. What I think is decanter and 8 glasses. Any advise or thoughts would be most appreciated.
