I found this at a little intersection about 40 km east of strathmore known to the locals as buffalo jump. There used to be a train station here named buffalo jump station, and there's still an old garage and the buffalo jump arts and crafts building. I just took a few pictures of it and can only remember the name "marchand" or "merchand". I can always go and take more pictures if needed, it's only 20 min away. Can anyone tell me what it is?
