Don't judge me because I posted these lol. I know they are not the most elegant or expensive pieces but when my Cousin owned an Antique shop back about 15 years ago, this type of Avon piece was popular to a lot of customers. (Meaning the customers came in looking for it and she didn't have them) So I took her advice when she said, "If you ever find any pieces buy them because one day they will be worth something."

'Cape Cod' is an extensive line of glass that Avon offered for gifts and awards; mostly made by Fostoria. I even have one of the cake stands.
Thanks TallCakes for the info. That makes a lot of sense thinking back about what my cousin was trying to convey to me. I was only a teenager then so I am surprised I even halfway listened lol. Thanks Bellin for the LOVE!!
Thank you scandinavian_pieces, we picked up another one yesterday while thrifting so now I have 3.
I love avon they have some great products.
I love the ruby red. thanks for posting
My sister has the entire set about 6 times over, so you aren't the only one who likes these AVON Cape Cod pieces. Besides, what may be "cheap" glass at one time, turns into tomorrow's coveted antiques. You never know!
I remember my mom collecting dishes from Duz Laundry Detergent. Who knows - those may very well be collector's items now.
