My uncle and aunt had this in their basement bar for years(then in mine for a number of years)
37" x 23.5"
Has a tear/puncture in upper left corner but other than that, in pretty good shape
Can anyone give me an idea of it's value?

Petretti's price guide shows a bigger one not in a frame 29"x 56" $700 , they also show a 20"x 36" gold wood frame $250, not sure if yours is authentic.

im pretty sure that frame is not original coca cola made 3 different frames, that is not one. the cardboard sign by itself is worth prob 200$-300$

Yes, frame is original (See pet. 12th edition, page 124 Trevor.) And if you remove the cardboard from the frame, you'll see the date/manufacturer on lower left/right border of cardboard. You're looking at $400-$500 value (cardboard/wood frame).
