Today I am showing a lamp that I acquired from David Geffen Records about 12 years ago. It is a Converted Electrified Gasolier Hanging Gas Lamp made from American Lighting Inc, Lighting Consultants from Chicago Illinois. It has a white etched glass cover with two love birds on either side that is surrounded by Brass Tubbing that comes down to the Brass Gas Chamber that now houses a fitting for a Light Bulb with a 3-way switch.I can light the top or the bottom or both which really looks nice. The two knobs that are made to control the gas flow are made of wood. I have searched for this type of lamp and found some that are close but not quite like this one. There are some similar like this one on websites dedicated to Gasolier Lamps and found they are worth a pretty penny. I hope you enjoy this piece as much as I do
Thank You

I would have to agree with you scottscuff, this lamp should of been kept all original!
It is indeed a nice lamp....but, all else being said............it is yours so you may do as you like, what anyone else says has no warrant . Please enjoy your lamp.
