Does anyone know the production year? it has an m on the hub caps and is very similar to the murray cars but it has an atkins decal on the back of the seat, and an 8 ball and flames on the front. tha 2 front wheels were obviously replaced with something other than oem. I picked it up for cheap at a second hand store. Any one know the value?
