This is a follow up post for the folks that have been giving me some great feedback on my ideal slider 55 coke machine. I took the small sign off the side and took a picture of it and the mounting hardware. While I was on my hands and knees I noticed the serial number by the coin mechanism. So I figured I should look a little harder for other pieces of identification. I noticed the Chieftain tag which appears to be for the compressor. I believe it still has the original compressor. I took a picture of that too, but it doesn't look too special, just old.
Anyhow, I'd love to know if the signs were original to this machine and if they were not, is there anyway to determine how old the signs are?
Thanks! Alan
