I got these from a recent estate auction. The label on the bakers paddle says "Bakers Paddle Early 1800s" No marking on the other item. How can I first correctly identify the items and secondly, determine their age? I've looked at a number of websites but can't find something like them. Any help would be appreciated.

    Baker's Paddle:
    8 3/4" wide by 24" length

    Pan
    3 1/4"H x 8"L x 6 3/4" wide with 14 1/2" handle

    Unsolved Mystery

The other item appears to be a Jacob Bromwell popcorn popper. These were made from the early 19th century and look almost identical in design to those manufactured today by the company.
