Another Favorite Photo, No Date! Again!

I think this was in a place called, Hot Springs.
It is unfortunate that there is no date or name on this. I thought it was a neat image. It was in a jumbled up old pile of photos.
The man in photo is making me curious, he has been in quite a few photos.
