This necklace has three strands of coral beads. The makers mark is Malfatti Roma 925. I have a hard time with coral and this necklace inparticular. I have tried to do research on the name Malfatti but I am coming up empty handed. Anyone know of this Italian maker?? Any information would be most appreciated. Also, the color is a true salmon color (my pictures make it look a little oranger than it is). Can you tell by the pictures if this is natural coral or if it has been dyed? To my novice and untrained coral eye it looks natural but, like I said, I always have trouble with coral.
Thanks for looking and I appreciate any assistance in education on the maker and condition of the coral.
Thanks!!!
