This is my favorite piece (so far)! I found it at a thrift store. When I saw it, I looked over both shoulders to make sure no one was going to come up behind me and grab it! It is from Stewart Pottery in Louisville, MS. It says so on the bottom:). "Stewart Since 1888. Louisville MS. USA. There are initials on it F.D.S. Frank's grandfather started the business and it is still alive today (as is Frank) as Frank's son Kevin now has his own shop. Frank is also a member of the Arts Commisssion in Mississippi. From what I read, they still dig their own clay from the areas around them. I would like to ask Frank why the spout on a bundt pan? Maybe someone else can help? Fascinating!
