Does anyone know what this bowl is,What country it is from,I have tried many times finding the mark on the bottom with no luck.I have bever seen another peace like it.

Hello, this is Chinese, Tongzhi Nian Zhi, Da Qing (1862-74) Go here:

On the left, select Chinese Marks, then on the left, select Tongzhi Nian Zhi.
Compare the marks with yours, particularly No. 64. The mark on your bowl is well defined, so it could be a period piece. Note a small variation on the bottom of the lower left hand character. I have not been able to find this variation, and so do not know the significance, if any. Lovely bowl, ...Jim
