Rückl is a recent addition to the Czech glass canon (see my other postings). Thanks to materials provided by Deborah Truitt, some of which appear in Truitt II, it is now possible to identify up to 32 different decors. This magnificent toilet/vanity set is a variant of Coral Shimmy Pfau, which consists of mottled orange glass cased in clear, with a middle layer of cobalt pulls. In this case, the decor is applied over a solid color.
Dimensions: Large bottle: 7.5 to the tip of stopper. Small bottle: 6" to tip of stopper. Footed powder; 5.5" to tip of stopper. Glass: 3.5" tall. Tray: 9" wide.
Warning: commonly sold under Kralik or even Welz.
