my flea pick from today.it has no marks, seat is 4 part wood w/ dowel rod back , 2 are missing and a heavy metal frame. mid/cent sure, but who and when?

    Yeah, hale-id is right, its a Planner Group side chair designed by Paul McCobb for Winchendon. Early 1950s.
