Before my grandfather died, he handed down the camera and its accessories pictured here. The type of camera is a Minolta SRT 101. The lens reads, "2558076 MINOLTA LENS MADE IN JAPAN MC ROKKOR - PG 1:1.2 f=58mm". In addition there are two lens caps, and a tinted lens which reads "ROKUNAR POLARIZED 55MM JAPAN". The Flash says MINOLTA electroflash, and has its own power cord and leather pouch. My Grandfather was very...particular..and he kept things rather immaculate. Needless to say all of the paperwork and manuals, the warranty certificate, and the kako guarantee card from Feb. 11, 1973 are all in great condition. The camera has a full leather case, cover, and strap which also look good.
I remember as he gave this to me he said, "this this is damn heavy, but it takes some wonderful pictures." I never took a good look at it until now. I would appreciate any information about the camera, lens, the quality, or its value or lack of value. Thanks!
