    Looking for a Battery for this old radio think it takes a B type battery
    Radio was made at Radio & Phonograph Corp NY USA . Don't know much about it found it cleaning out attic it has tubes in it.

      Ah yes. i have the same radio as this one, and had the same problem. Well, i looked on ebay under Tube Radios and saw that you can get a reusable replacement battery.it took 6 9volt batteries, and it works my radio fine. I suggest you get this, because it works well if you do.
