THIS OLD PEICE IS PRETTY AND HAS AN UNUSUAL (TO ME) CONFIGURATION. THE CENTER PEICE FLOATS ON A THREADED SPRING LOADED SPINDLE. NO IDEA AS TO AGE, NO MARKINGS ANYWHERE . JUST LIKED IT WHEN I SAW IT FOR 50 CENTS AT THE FLEA MARKET.

Nice find, these are called tremblers. I would say it was made in the 30's- mid 40's.
It looks like it could be KTF which is the early mark for Trifari. You may want to look a little closer and use a magnifying glass. Very pretty.
THANK YOU vintagemad THE INFO IS APPRECIATED. I WILL DO SOME MORE CHECKING.
