Well, here is another treasure I found while garage sale-ing. I was told there that it was a hat pin holder, but I'm still not entirely sure. The butterflies on it look like they are supposed to be there, but the star and numbers seem to stick out and I don't know what to make of it. I looked up "Gotham" as it says on the bottom, but had no luck. I also think this may be from the victorian, but I am most likely wrong. Anyone got any ideas? Any info would be great! Thanks!

The star is the symbol of the Order of the Eastern Star, a Christian fraternal organization with both male and female members that goes back to the mid 1800s. It's still around.
Thank yo very much for your help! Would you by chance know what the No. 9 on it means?
I assume '9' must be the 'Chapter' number - equivalent to the 'Lodge' in Masonry.
