These are pieces I have picked up recently.

Pic. 1; I had the vase on the left and just added the one on the right. Notice the applied cobalt rim and handles. Height: 4.25"; top diameter: 3 6/8". Clear glass rolled in white/gray spots. These do not technically qualify as Tango, being variegated.

Picture 2: I had the tall vase and just got the smaller one. The mouth design is different, but both are orange glass with yellow rims and prunts. Dimensions: 4.5"; top rim: 5".

Pic. 3. Butler Brothers Catalog, 1930 Thus we can establish approximate date of importation to the USA.

Pic. 4. Vases in clear pink diamond optic glass with white rim and handles. They exhibit characteristics of my two other vases--the handles of Pic. 1 and the shapes and sizes of pic. 2.

As to maker, I have my guesses but will not divulge them until further research. All we can say is that we know where they made, who imported them, and when. A huge question: if the USA required provenance marks at this point, how come most of these 30's pieces are unmarked?
