I think this might be a carnival item but don't know . The head has a pattern in the material it is made from like a linen covered paper machet legs and arms appear to be plastic mold with weighted legs fine hand stiched clothing and hand painted face, with a bug mustache. Appears to bemale character with a dress (costume) like old russian dancers.
Any clues?

He appears to be a Greek tourist type doll . He was not a carnival doll. I have seen many like him and they do not sell high but is quite a nice doll to enjoy .
He has a kind of a greek looking face that would make sense.
Thank you for the information.
