Hello, I Think its old, it has hand stamped Flower Petals which appear on allot of Stevens Williams pieces, however I've never seen the style where there are 3 Petals pointing outwards, also the Splatter Glass its produced from I've also never seen before, it does have a rough pontil where it was clearly broken off and Not Polished, also you can see black little specks of an unknown element through out the vase. Even though I do not know the Age, or maker I do know that this is a Unique and Beautiful piece of Applied glass! If anyone has any information I would Greatly appreciate it!
    Thanks for looking!
    Best Regards

Thanks Scott, its a Very unique piece and even though it doesn’t fit in with the rest of my collection other than having the Applied Glass Flower and Leafs, it is a welcome addition!

Have you shone a UV light on it (black light). It looks like the leaves are made of Vaseline glass?

Hello dodie, I thought the same thing... However they do not react to Black light as the other vase does that I posted today.
