Got this handfull of old rings that look homemade from an estate sale box. Never seen rings with woven bands; anyone know what these are?

I have a few of these as well. I have seen them listed as early 1900's-1950's. I would think they are more on the later date of 1950's, that is just a guess. Yours are very pretty. Hopefully someone else will give an opinion on yours so we both know.
I have two of these that belonged to my grandmother...I have always wanted information about them!! One of mine is green and the other is blue. I will be anxious to see what you find out!!
That is good news; they are not a "local" craft item. First rings I have ever seen with a woven band.
I think they're old earrings that you would break off the clip and turn into a ring. I've done similar crafty things with the odd unmatched earrings I end up with.
