This is a bracelet given to my mom when she was a little girl. She's in her high 70's. Trying to see if anyone knows anything about this, what it might be worth etc. Not sure if cameos are real. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

It's hard to tell exactly, but it looks like there are some hallmarks on the clasp. They would tell you where it came from and what it is made of. A good general online reference if you can make out the hallmarks is:

If you find that they do indicate it is gold, I'd take a guess that the cameos are authentic as well. The colouring of them certainly looks to be like they were carved from a conch shell; try to identify their authenticity by looking for carving blemishes, scrapes, or the translucence between fading from the orange to white part of cameo.
Hope this helps!
Thank you so much Luisa. I took it to a guy not too long ago and he just tossed it aside like it was nothing. Kind of ticked me off because even if it's not gold, it's still very old. He aid it wasn't gold and that the cameo's are plastic. But I have some other cameo's that look different than these and he said they weren't real either. Maybe I'll take a closer picture of it and send it to you if you don't mind and maybe you can tell. I'm green with all this and would appreciate any help. Do you have an email I could send it to. Thanks again for the answer.
Try taking a better photo of the clasp, a closeup of one cameo, and the back, and I'm sure someone will be able to give you more info.
