I need help finding a value on this item.
check vintage skateboard collections & sales. what's on the tail? any marks on top of the deck?
I have an Alf scooter that looks very similar in board shape. But Gumby is soooo much cooler!
@ huntwitch: It is scratched in a few places on too but on the tail it says valterra.
@ vintagemag: yeah the board is cool but I'm thinking about putting it on eBay. I have no use for it.
Valterra was known for making either licensed or knock-off skateboards sold cheaply at stores like K-mart. Sadly, Valterra decks are not very sought after today.
But depending on the condition (does it still have the trucks and wheels?), you could still possibly get between $30-$50 for it.
It's still rideable cause my daughter was playing with it today
