Does anyone recognise these please? I cant see anything like them anywhere!

They appear to be old 'dirty green' brandy glasses encapsulated with some kind of silver-gilt/pewter? Clearly depicted around them is the double-headed eagle of either Czar Nicholas II or possibly from the Ottoman/Byzantine Empire from the research i have managed thus far?

They appear to have a safety edge, so they can't be too old. This is a 20th century innovation patented by Libbey, though other companies use it now too.

My feeling is that they probably date within the last 40 years or so.
