Unique LaBelle China

I recently inhertited this piece of LaBelle China. I have found no information on this piece. I have checked all over the internet and antique stores for anything that looks like this or information pertaining to this and still nothing. It is of coarse round but the gold leaf is scalloped. It is completely green with some yellow roses. I decided I wanted this because it was unique, but I never thought I couldn't find anything about it. If anyone has ANY info about please let me know.
