Depicting Okame, Godess of Mirth, and Hannya, a demon mask. Used in Noh theater and some dances. The Hannya mask portrays the souls of women who have become demons due to obsession or jealousy. The masks are about half scale and are attached to 11” plates. Same signature on both plates.
