I just got these two jade or Amethyst Foo Dog's today the pictures do them no justice One has a small chunk missing you can see in the picture who ever had them painted the eyes mouth I think with nail polish what can I get it off with that will not damage them they are 6"H and approximately 2Lb 4oz Can anyone tell me how I can find out a value on them. Not going to part with them there kind of cool looking. Thank you for any help you can give

Nail polish remover isn't going to hurt that stone, should take the decoration right off. If you are concerned, try a little on a swab on the bottom first. ,,,Jim
