This is a Cadillac Beverages Ginger Ale bottle. The center is embossed with the Cadillac (as in the cars) logo. The top section says CADILLAC BEVERAGES. The lower section says CADILLAC GINGER ALE CO. on one side, the other side says REGISTERED DETROIT, MICH. The only other Cadillac Beverage bottles I've found online are these:

I'm assuming that they are a later era because they are painted rather than embossed. Otherwise, I am having trouble finding any information about the company. I thought it was interesting that it features the car logo.
